Mark Pizzuti started his career in the financial services industry more than a decade ago with Wells Fargo. There, he developed a broad educating in the area of credit and became the Credit Manager in the Northwest Region of the Country. He gained thorough training managing high net worth clientele, the primary clients that his office and team specialized. Unlike primary borrowers, Mark’s client base required unique and specifically tailored solutions. Through excellent performance, Mark received a promotion to run one of the largest mortgage banking offices in the Northwest, where he managed nearly 35 employees located in 4 primary states: Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Northern California. He created new systems and structures to develop a Residential Mortgage Backed Securities for the main trading desk located in Richmond, Virginia.
Recognized as one of the pioneers in Residential Mortgage Backed Securities, Mark later joined Wachovia National Bank as Regional Director of Retail Unit of the Northwest. Unlike his previous position, Mark received extensive education in the areas of RMBS syndication, Rate Lock Swaps, Credit Protection Analysis, and Loan Portfolio Management.
In 1999, he was promoted to the Regional Director of the Wholesale Unit of Northwest where he reached the presidential circle each and every year. His background as a former Credit Manager and Regional VP of Retail Unit allowed him to be amongst the few who were trained in the syndication of the Residential Mortgage Backed Securities. Mark has in-depth education in the areas of the secondary market, where he controlled one of the 6 divisions of the Wachovia Wholesale Banks.
As a Sr. Managing Partner of CH Capital Partners LLC, Mark has a unique perspective in the Commercial Mortgage business. He brings his special background as a Credit Manager when underwriting for structured finance. Mark has a full spectrum of experience as a Loan Originator, from SBA, USDA, Fannie Mae Commercial, FHA, Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, and even Life Insurance and Pension Plans.
Mark and his wonderful son Braeden live in West Linn, Oregon. Mark and his family are avid Oregon Duck fans. Mark Pizzuti dedicates much of his personal time to further the cause for University of Oregon to win the National Championship.
